At ICONIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic and skincare items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ICONIC account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
